Surrounded by a bouquet of digital flowers #beautiful. Flowers I have photographed during my nature walks and have amassed a huge digital archive. Images waiting to be used for my artwork to enhance my digital work. They make me happy when I see them come to life. They get to live again beyond my camera lens and visual gaze. It’s almost as if I am once again confronted by a beautiful flower, and I have to make a photograph of it. I can not just leave, I need to capture the beauty, essence, and story of time of this beauty and of this place. As for me, I am not basic. I am an Artist. I want a beautiful world. The greener, the better. Happy New Year’s Eve xx
